DevOps and CI/CD

DevOps & CI/CD Services in India (2026)

A deployment pipeline is not a status symbol. It is the difference between shipping on a Tuesday afternoon and shipping once a month because releases are frightening. The useful question is not which tool, but what has to be true before a release is boring.

Share your requirement, current setup, and expected timeline. We will help you scope the right service approach quickly.

Most teams that ask for CI/CD already have a pipeline; it is just not trusted. A build that fails for environmental reasons, a deploy that needs one person's laptop, and a rollback that nobody has tried. Fixing trust is the work.

What a trustworthy pipeline requires

Four properties: the same build runs everywhere, tests fail the build rather than warn, secrets never live in the repository, and a release can be reversed in one step. Tools are interchangeable; those properties are not.

If any one is missing, the team will route around the pipeline, and the manual process becomes the real deployment method.

Build once, promote the artefact

Rebuilding for staging and production is how environments drift. The artefact that passed tests in staging should be the exact artefact that runs in production, promoted by reference rather than rebuilt.

That single rule removes the most common "works in staging" argument.

Environments and the configuration boundary

Configuration belongs in the environment, not in the code. The same image with different variables is a deployment; a different branch per environment is a slow-motion fork.

Staging should be close enough to production to be useful. A staging environment with a different database engine tests nothing that matters.

Secrets and identity for the pipeline

Long-lived cloud keys in CI variables are the standard shortcut and the standard breach. Short-lived identity from the runner, scoped to the job, removes most of the exposure.

Where a static secret is unavoidable, it lives in a managed store, is rotated, and has an owner recorded.

Infrastructure as code, at the right level

Not everything needs to be code on day one. Networks, accounts and managed services benefit most, because they change rarely and break expensively. Application configuration can follow later.

State files are the fragile part: they belong in remote storage with locking, not on a laptop.

Deployment strategy and the rollback nobody tested

Blue-green and canary releases reduce risk, but a simple blue-green with a working rollback beats a sophisticated strategy nobody has rehearsed. The rollback should be a command, not a meeting.

Database changes are the exception: they need a migration that works with both versions of the application during the switch, or a rollback that accepts data loss.

Testing that gates a release

A pipeline is only as useful as the tests behind it. Unit tests catch logic errors; a small set of end-to-end checks catches the integration failures that actually stop a release.

We keep the gate fast enough that people wait for it, because a slow gate gets bypassed.

Observability after the deploy

A release is not finished when the pipeline goes green. Error rate, latency and a business signal such as failed logins should be watched for the first hour, with an alert that reaches the person who deployed.

Correlating a deployment marker with error spikes turns an argument into a fact.

Where teams usually start

Most engagements begin with one application and one environment, then extend to the rest once the pattern works. Attempting a platform-wide rollout first is how a pipeline project spends three months and ships nothing.

Team habits, not just tooling

Small, frequent releases; a written change note; a named owner for each environment; and a rule that production changes go through the pipeline. The last one is cultural, and it decides whether the rest survives.

What to send before a DevOps quote

Send the repository, current deployment steps, the environments you run, and where secrets live today. If a pipeline exists, send its last five failed runs, which describe the problem better than any description.

What a CI/CD setup costs

A single-application pipeline with staging and rollback starts at Rs 24,999. Extending the pattern to several services, adding infrastructure as code or moving to Kubernetes is quoted after discovery.

Runner minutes, registry storage and cloud usage are billed by the provider and stay in your account.

What the pipeline setup includes

  • Build, test and deploy stages with a single artefact promoted between environments
  • Staging environment and configuration separation
  • Short-lived credentials for the runner, secrets in a managed store
  • Infrastructure as code for the parts that change rarely
  • Deployment marker, rollback command and post-deploy checks
  • Runbook and handover session with the team

Before the pipeline is built

Confirm who approves a production release, how the database changes are applied today, and what the team will maintain after handover. A pipeline nobody owns stops being used within a quarter.

Send the repo and the last failed deploy

Write to [email protected] with the repository, the current release steps and the environments you run, or send the same on WhatsApp.

If releases have become frightening, call 7840002466 and we will start with the rollback, because a team that can undo a release ships more often than one that cannot.

Frequently Asked Questions
A build, test and deploy pipeline with one artefact promoted between environments, staging, short-lived credentials, infrastructure as code for stable resources, and a tested rollback command.
A single-application pipeline with staging and rollback starts at Rs 24,999. Multiple services, infrastructure as code and Kubernetes delivery are quoted after discovery. Provider runner and storage charges are separate.
Whichever fits the repository and the team: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or the cloud-native option. The tool matters less than build-once promotion, secret handling and a tested rollback.
No. A virtual machine with a scripted deploy, a staging environment and a rollback is a good pipeline. Kubernetes adds capability and operating cost, and it is worth it only when several services need a shared platform.
As a separate step with a compatibility window: the migration runs before the new application version and works with both versions during the switch. Otherwise a rollback becomes a data-loss decision.
In a managed secret store, fetched at deploy time by short-lived identity. Static keys in CI variables are the most common leak path we find.
Usually. Flaky pipelines come from shared state, unpinned dependencies, environment differences and tests that depend on order. We reproduce the failure, then remove the cause rather than retrying the job.
One application with staging and rollback takes one to two weeks. A multi-service platform with infrastructure as code takes four to six, depending on how much exists already.
Your team, with a runbook and a working session. We can stay on a monthly retainer for changes, but the pipeline should not depend on us to release.
Yes, at the deployment level: a marker on each release, error and latency checks for the first hour, and an alert that reaches the person who deployed.
The repository, current deployment steps, environments and where secrets live today. If a pipeline exists, its recent failed runs are the most useful input.
