4. Product Refunds and Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund for products purchased from our online store under the following conditions:

Refund Method
Refunds for online store product returns will be issued as store credit to your 24Bit System account wallet. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our online store.
- Store credit will be added to your account within 7–10 business days after the return is approved
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Store credit does not expire and can be used across multiple purchases
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item), we will bear the return shipping costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer's error, the customer will bear the return shipping costs
5. Software Subscription Cancellations
Cancellation by Customer
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the software until the subscription period expires
Refund for Subscriptions
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refund will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation
- Annual Subscriptions: A prorated refund may be issued if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal
- After 14 Days: No refund will be issued for annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window
Trial Period
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged
- If you cancel during the trial, no refund is applicable as no payment has been made
Cancellation by 24Bit System
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription if:
- Payment fails or is not received within the due date
- You violate the Terms & Conditions or acceptable use policies
- The subscription is used for fraudulent or unauthorized activities
- We discontinue the software service (with reasonable advance notice)
In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion for the unused portion of the subscription.
6. Service Engagement Cancellations
Custom Development and Consulting Services
- Before Work Begins: Full refund of any advance payment if cancellation is made before project work has commenced
- During Early Stage (up to 25% completion): 50% refund of the advance payment
- After 25% Completion: No refund will be issued
- Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Within 7 Days of Purchase: Full refund if no support services have been utilized
- After 7 Days: No refund will be issued for AMC subscriptions
- AMC fees are non-transferable between services or clients
Hosting and Cloud Services
- Hosting and cloud services are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods
- Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
7. Laptop and Desktop Rentals
- Rental fees are non-refundable for partial rental periods
- Cancellation of a rental agreement requires 7 days' written notice
- Early termination of a rental contract may incur a penalty equal to one month's rental fee
- Damage or loss of rented equipment will be charged at the replacement value
- Security deposits will be refunded within 10 business days of equipment return, after inspection
8. Refund Processing Time
- Online Payment Refunds: 5–7 business days from approval
- Bank Transfer Refunds: 7–10 business days from approval
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon refund approval
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
