9. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- AMC provides technical support and maintenance for the duration of the contract
- Support coverage, response times, and exclusions are defined in the AMC agreement
- AMC fees are billed annually in advance
- Services beyond the AMC scope may be subject to additional charges
10. Hardware Rentals
- Rental equipment remains the property of 24Bit System at all times
- Rental fees are billed as per the rental agreement
- You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented equipment
- Damage or loss of rented equipment will be charged accordingly
- Rental agreements must be signed before equipment is delivered
11. User Content
If you submit any content to our websites or services, you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content as necessary to provide our services
- Represent that you have the right to submit the content
- Agree that the content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
